Advancement & Services Organization Charts from Institutions

Following are some real organization charts from Advancement and Advancement Services organizations. Due to the difficulties in copying graphics from a document and then posting it to the web, these are in .PDF format. You will need Adobe Acrobat to read view & print these files. American Red Cross, Washington, DC (Thanks to Jon Thorsen) - Office of Development Services Proposed Organization. This chart is similar to the current organization but adds two director level positions and a training "leg" to the organization. This is from Jon's presentation at the 2002 CASE Conference for Senior Advancement Services professionals.
