Advancement Services Salary & Staffing Survey

At the August 2000 CASE Summer Institute in Advancement Service renewed interest was expressed in an Advancement Services Salary Survey. Here it is! Key Points:
bulletIt was done confidentially in the past where I summarized information by size, geo region, class & other factors. If you request, I will not identify your institution's detailed salary information. If you are willing to share your salary info, I will provide that to others.
bulletDetailed staffing information included in this survey will be made available by institution. Summary salary will be compiled and shared.
bulletPast surveys have focused on supervisory positions (e.g., positions with hire/fire/evaluation responsibilities) with staff reporting to them. This survey includes these and other positions with their salary ranges.
bulletCertain institutions may have "one person" shops for Advancement Services (i.e., no staff.) It is important to capture this information as well. In these cases, please fill in the information for the Senior/Lead A/S position.
