Of the 193 initial institutions that "signed-up" for the surveys, 134 provided some systems information. Others provided information to later surveys. The system data breaks out as shown below.

Blackbaud, as shown above, had the most respondents reflecting its broad market share. SungardBSR Advance, SCT Banner and "Home Grown" have a significant share along with the predominance of the largest institutions. Datatel, SCT, and the Jenzibar vendor/systems reflect the enterprise-wide system solutions. SungardBSR Advance and MIP Millennium are the better known and more widely used stand-alone "best of breed" solutions. Note also that respondents quoted prices for their system (and associated installation costs) from about $10,000 to $4,000,000.
